These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and attendance at The 3rd Annual Greater Tampa Bay Real-Estate Expo on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at T. Pepin's Hospitality Centre, 4121 N 50th St, Tampa, FL 33610 ("the Event"), hosted by Family First Mortgage USA, empowered by NEXA Lending and its affiliate partners and sponsors.

1. Registration

Registration is free. Space is limited to 1,000 attendees and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first 300 registrants receive a custom event swag bag and event t-shirt, subject to availability.
The optional $10 NEXA Cares Foundation donation is voluntary and is never required to register for or attend the Event.

2. Continuing Education

Two continuing-education classes are offered to real-estate agents at no additional cost with registration — Behavioral Analysis (3 CE hours) and 1031 Exchange & Financial Planning for Agents (2 CE hours). Continuing-education credit is offered subject to state requirements and course completion.

3. Communications and SMS Terms

By registering you agree to receive event updates, reminders and marketing communications by email and text message from Family First Mortgage USA empowered by NEXA Lending and its affiliate partners and Sponsors. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact jspellman@nexamortgage.com. 4. Event Changes

Speakers, sessions, agenda items and event details are subject to change. The detailed session agenda will be published closer to the event. If the Event is rescheduled, registrations will remain valid for the new date.

5. Conduct and Admission

The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful. Attendees are responsible for their own property.

6. Photography and Recording

The Event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to the reasonable use of your likeness in event-related media. Contact us if you wish to opt out.
