• Professional role, brokerage or company name
• T-shirt size and continuing-education class preferences

We may also automatically collect limited technical information such as the page URL, referrer, and campaign parameters (e.g., UTM tags) to understand how you found the event.

• To confirm and manage your event registration
• To send event updates, reminders, and logistical information by email and text message
• To send marketing communications from Family First Mortgage USA empowered by NEXA Lending and its affiliate partners and Sponsors, as described in the consent you provide at registration
• To administer continuing-education class selection, swag bag and t-shirt fulfillment

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC Disclosure)

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting the registration form, you expressly consent to receive event updates, reminders, and marketing text messages from Family First Mortgage USA empowered by NEXA Lending and its affiliate partners and Sponsors at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending the event.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive registration confirmation, event reminders, and occasional marketing messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

We may share registration information with event Sponsors and affiliate partners solely as described in the registration consent, and with service providers who help us operate the event (for example, registration processing and communications platforms). We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Registration data is retained as long as needed to operate the event and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop email communications.
• Contact us to access, correct, or delete your registration information.
